Position Summary:
Knowledge of upscale dining service.
Must have full familiarity with menus and
specials.
Must have full knowledge of beverage and wine
offerings.
Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
To polish and clean the water glasses in his/her assigned
station before opening hours.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant
manager.
To have napkins underliners ready at front
line.
To have artichoke fold napkins.
Anticipate service to guests and respond as
necessary.
Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames
when obtained.
Fold napkins for service.
Ability to learn and operate hotels POS System
Ability to complete end of shift cashier reports and
paperwork.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a fine dining restaurant (4
or 5 diamond)
* Extensive knowledge of wines and liquors
* Abilty to communicate articulately
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings,
weekends and holidays
* Proven tenure at other restaurants
