Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Contact targeted customers and prospects to market seed, plant food, crop protection, and agronomic services that enhance the producers goals and profitability.
* Use problem solving skills and solutions to resolve on-farm agronomic issues.
* Utilize all sales tools such as Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Ag-Finance, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationships.
* Utilize efficient time management in marketing to customers and prospects that result in increased profitable sales.
* Continue to grow personal knowledge of agronomy and business to improve problem solving skills.
Required Skills
Requirements:
* Normally requires a Bachelor s Degree in an Ag-related field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of three years experience in Crop production, sales, or marketing.
* Outstanding agronomy technical knowledge (CCA preferred).
* Strong communication, persuasion, and business skills.
* Strong work ethic with experience in balancing work/life issues.
* Proven self starter with the ability to form lasting business relationships.
Position Offers:
