Responsibilities:
* Providing high quality customer information, issue resolution and order processing services
* Providing verbal description and explanation of all services and products
* Researching and identifying resolutions to customer inquiries and service needs
This temporary assignment is scheduled to last from May through September and candidates who are available for this entire period will be most seriously considered.
Compensation for this position is $11.00/hour.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma
* 1 to 2 years prior customer service experience in a call center environment
* Basic PC skills, intermediate/advanced Excel skills required
* Strong verbal communication and problem solving abilities
