Frontline Performance Leader - (Job Number: 00083B)

Purpose of Job:

To provide leadership that motivates front-line P-CCSO employees to achieve inspired levels of performance

To assure expert execution of required claim processes

To create a productive and supportive work environment

Job Characteristics:

Manage human resources and effectively use performance management to improve employee performance

Achieve CSA QLMS Leadership, Diversity and Communication Index goals

Administer company Human Resource policies effectively

Schedule and perform ride alongs/sit alongs

Master all appropriate processes and measurements

Exhibit effective coaching and leadership skills

Qualification

Required Skills:
Previous Property experience (at least 3-5 years)
Previous leadership experience (at least 3-5 years)
Level Factors:
Experience, Knowledge, Formal Training: Advanced knowledge of client business area. Specialized understanding and use of best practice techniques and principles unique to an area in order to ensure completion of project plan. A broad working knowledge of programs, policies and procedures in management or a technical field gained through extensive experience and training. Property experience required, Litigation preferred
Analytical/Technical Skills: Application of broadly defined analytical methods and concepts to analyze and interpret data to make general assumptions and implement action plans. Ability to leverage specialized technical skills to achieve division objectives.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are required to compose complex business letters and memos, and to present detailed information to others.
Job complexity: Develop solutions to complex issues that require use of creativity and a unique approach for resolution.
Decision-Making: Recommends actions for processes or programs. Implements strategic and business direction along with appropriate processes to develop and/or deliver products and services.
Contacts: Contacts are varied both within and outside the organization. Explain and discuss difficult information to influence, gain acceptance and approval of ideas, proposals, and solutions.
Scope and Impact: Achievement of results an important influence on the attainment of unit and department objectives.
Management Guidance Received: Assigned general objectives and projects. Usually knows how to proceed but may sometimes be directed concerning priorities.
