Qualification
Required Skills:
Previous Property experience (at least 3-5 years)
Previous leadership experience (at least 3-5 years)
Level Factors:
Experience, Knowledge, Formal Training: Advanced knowledge of client business area. Specialized understanding and use of best practice techniques and principles unique to an area in order to ensure completion of project plan. A broad working knowledge of programs, policies and procedures in management or a technical field gained through extensive experience and training. Property experience required, Litigation preferred
Analytical/Technical Skills: Application of broadly defined analytical methods and concepts to analyze and interpret data to make general assumptions and implement action plans. Ability to leverage specialized technical skills to achieve division objectives.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are required to compose complex business letters and memos, and to present detailed information to others.
