The Barista performs a variety of duties in order to provide exceptional customer service and product quality.
Greets customers, mixes and serves hot/cold beverages
such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea,
chai, and fruit blend drinks.
Arranges coffee bar supplies and cups/mugs to make
attractive displays.
Maintains work area in a neat and sanitary manner.
Records all sales, collects money, operates a cash
register, and follows all cash handling procedures as
required.
Required skills:
Excellent customer service skills.
Cash Handling Skills/Cash Register performance.
Communication w/customer and co-workers.
Perform multiple functions at a time.
Read and follow instructions to assure quality products
at all times.
Previous Starbucks experience is preferred
