Requirements
* Analyze user needs to determine
functional
and cross-functional requirements.
* Performs fnctional allocation to
identify
required tasks and their inter-relationships. Identifies
resources required for each task
* Experience
and demonstrated knowledge of government processes and
activities.
* Intimately
familiar with sources of data/information, planning environment,
global
distribution network capabilities and execution
issues.
* Knowledgeable
of USTRANSCOM, Transportation Component Commands, Combatant Command
staffs,
Services, and Agencies roles, responsibilities, capabilities and
missions.Knowledgeable of organizations? vision and
strategy.
* Familiar
with policies and directives enabling and impacting global deployment
and
distribution.Ability to identify
business process improvement opportunities in support of the
USTRANSCOM global
deployment and distribution
responsibilities.
* Knowledge
of business process tools and
documentation.
* Experience
and demonstrated knowledge of commercial and US Government (DOD and
Agencies)
Supply Chains.Knowledgeable of supply
chain strategies to include network design. Network capabilities,
constraints,
security requirements and throughput capacity.Capable of
using historical data, current and future environment
considerations and movement requirement forecasts to assess and
recommend
future network capabilities.
* Ability
to identify business process
improvement opportunities from experience and applicable best
practices
* Minimum
Education/Experience:The Functional Analyst must have a
Bachelor?s degree in business or a
related discipline and 5 years of experience in the field of
work.
* US Citizen
* Secret Clearance a
plus
* Must be willing to work both
downtown St.
Louis, MO and Scott AFB, IL.
